| iDealing (competitor to iii) managed to credit BATS dividends by mid afternoon on 3 May, so others can do it effortlessly. I don't buy iii's 'the-cheque-is-in-the-post' explanation at all. By Kantos |

| Have just spoken to iii at 4-30 and was told they have not recieved any dividend cheque from the Registrars of BAT as at 4-30 today! They hope to find out what is happening by the end of the week--make of that what you will. By THOMARTINWILSON |

| Hi old eyes-I phoned up at 9-45 and actually got a human being fairly quickly.She kept me holding for a few minutes and said she would ring back and let me know what was happening "as soon as possible" in her own words. It is now 11-25 and still no response! I do not mind waiting for a few days but I worry it may be part of a more deep rooted problem.It was due Thursday May 3-take out the bank holiday and we are now on the fourth working day. Very poor! | all my dividends this year are delayed by three business days I get several dividends a month so its what I now expect. its a delay not a problem as long as goes in my account in the month I don't care IMO By RJ_169 |

| Haven't got mine either. This new three business day delay is a poor excuse. We used to get dividends the very same day. I got an email saying they (iii I presume) has only just received the cheque and dividends will be paid once it's cleared. Appalling service IMVHO By Old Eyes |
