When a CEO resigns and leaves without even a day's notice, then there is more afoot than meets the eye, IMO. I sold my shares a good while back, but if I were still a holder I would press the Sell button right now. I much prefer having my money on CCC, or DotDigital - both in IT-territory. ws By winningstreak

I agree cooperboy, I cant see the attraction in buying this at the moment. Too risky at the moment, especially with an independent audit about to be carried out. By liam1om

well they said they dont expect to breach any banking covenants, but then they dont know the full extent of the problem yet my guess is that the independent audit will expose additional problems the extent of which will be worse than they first thought. at this stage the share price will take a further tumble so personally im on the sidelines for the time being By cooperboy

Agreed. The only way out now at anything approaching value appears to be a trade sale. Given the recent track record and the concentrated share register the offer probably wouldnt need to be too generous either, I expect most of the institutions would probably take 150-160 today quite happily and move on. Be interesting to see over the next few days who's bought and sold today among the main holders and/or whether any directors bought. By jaxonsax

I don't mind sticking my neck out and saying that this one's unlikely to see much in the way of positive action in the near future, imo. m By mantrova

I took my money out some time ago, when I feared possible skeletons in the cupboard - I expressed my concern at the time in a message on this BB. Sorry nevertheless to see my fears come true. ws By winningstreak

Is AIF the Aberforth fund? Interesting to see them sell 250k last week just before the announcement. Still own 15.7% mind By jaxonsax
