On 27thApril 2012 #Anonymous and #Redhack attacked internet providers and few governmental sites. Turk Telecom suggested + breakdown coincided with the start of a network-wide trial of Phorm's technology in Turkey. There has been no official information to the + general public or the markets, from Phorm about the launch in Turkey. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phorm (search Redhack in the article).

A bit of a 'rock and a hard place' scenario. Perhaps it was Phorm but given the choice between Phorm or Redhack who would you blame...?

and then today on same site

Whilst I sort of think this one will not 'float'. Contact made with,

http://www.invest.gov.tr/en-US/investmentguide/investorsguide/Pages/EstablishingABusinessInTR.aspx

They replied via e-mail so I sent them this...

Dear Sirs,

Thank You for your reply. I am reading the attached document but I will
be lazy.

I have since found the attached via,

http://www.ticaretsicil.gov.tr/english/

I note,

5 shareholders, TKY 50,000 total.

Phorm UK INC--49,996
Phorm INC-----1
Croxon--------1
Ertugrul------1
Schneider-----1
Total---------50,000

Phorm UK INC, listed on AIM in the United Kingdom, is I believe a wholly
owned Subsidiary of Phorm INC, both companies registered in the United
States.

Croxon, Ertugrul and Schneider are 'employees' of Phorm.

As a result it would appear that the company as set up in Turkey is in
fact wholly owned by Phorm INC.

7:25 03/04/2012 Police Looking Into Allegations Phorm Wined and Dined Officer
The City of London Police is looking into allegations one of its officers was provided hospitality by Phorm in 2010, when there was still much controversy surrounding BT’s trialling of the behavioural advertising software.

A document appears to show a detective sergeant was taken to lunch on 5 July 2010 by the firm. It was only in April 2011 that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) decided the case was not worth a court hearing, saying it was not “in the public interest”.

Recruiting in China?
http://search.51job.com/job/49767876,c.html

why would phorm require that set of skills and contacts ??? especially if they were as far advanced in china as rumoured??? By bluecar1
19:30 21/03/2012 latest batch of sheep seen :)
i see the MM's are playing their normal games

RNS deployed
MM's up price to attract sheep
sheep make a few buys
MM's up price again with each trade regardless of price
repeat previous steps until no more buys
give price a last lift to see if anymore sheep lurking

over next week or price drops back to below initial price before game started

pattern has been repeated many times

lets see if normal pattern follows or have the newbie broker not been shown how to play the game properly yet By bluecar1

evening converse

i notice you ignore the issue of the lost wager, can you confirm if you made a donation to a charity ?

and the fact us armchair spurts proved you wrong again

care to update us with any verifiable fact (you know the things you seem short of)

care to give us you opinion on when yet another cash call will happen, as figures seem to using phorms publish information from FYR and updates via RNS seem to suggest they are getting low on cash reserves again, and no sign of full scale commercial roll out or sustained substantial income yet

brazil still seems to be going nowhere even though they seemed to have cleared a number of regulatory hurdles, could it bee isp customer are not happy with the offering and incomes are down on predicted, but the FYR's are due in a couple of months which will give us a better idea of their position, wonder if they will still have the going concern clause in them?

romania seems to be stalled as well

lets see how close they get to the wire this year, it was the last possible day last year

still no maket updates from phorm, even though many have been promised
