| The euro is in focus again now Greek and French voters have rejected austerity. The euro will drop on tuesday, talk of 1.25 or more. I guess the summer will be the time when the ECB has to decide whether to print money or let Greece and possibly Spain and Portugal crash out of the euro. I am holding to see what happens but the next 6 months could be bumpy, and prefer the company to pay off as much debt as possible at this time. By Dingledangle |

| while i am happy that the fx hedging is being paid down, given the Euro direction i would prefer they take their time as i feel the hedge is likely to self correct in the not-to-distant future as Hollande sends a shiver down the back of the euro if he gets into power and spain woes simply get worse. I am still confident we should get some positive announcement before the end of month on commercial sales as if we do not get sales before the end of June e probably will not get any over the summer, unless something remarkable happens to the economy. | Yes i agree that recycling £2.50 into £1.50 is quite a nice thought, shame redemption was not larger that that level. should be cleared funds this week as 18th was redemption day when they snaffled the stock. By simms45 |

| With the SP heading south the delay in getting the redemption cash could be a an opportunity and blessing in disguise! The offer is now below 150. By MexPete |

| Good morning Simms Three business days after 18th, how so? The RNS of 12 April says: "Redemption monies paid (expected) uncertificated holdings: week of 16 April 2012 certificated holdings: week of 23 April 2012" Not a problem, just irritating. I agree with your view on a good time to top up, which is why I'd quite like the redemption cash to plough back! Enjoy your weekend, MP By MexPete |

| Should be minimum of 3 working days from close of business on the 18th so you should not see anything until at least monday. Looks that we are back to being £1 below the NAV again so at these levels its a pretty good discount if we have confidence Ian and team can continue to sell, which i have no doubts they will be able to to given the best assets with best tenants on longest terms are yet to be sold. Quite a few property deals are done around this time so hopeful we should get some news before the end of May. has anyone found who is selling the properties as technically would be good to keep an eye on them. Just a matter of waiting it out i guess but if i can get the bid/offer spread to allow me in at 150 that would be a good top up price. By simms45 |

| 10:06 12/04/2012 | Re: Why sell now? |
| Isn't it a bit different from going ex-dividend though ? There will be a reduction in the number of shares in issue to compensate so the NAV per share should remain the same. It's like you'll be selling a small amount of your holding at full current NAV. By thehickster |
