Things are back on track for kentz- I just bought into range after the fall, but this is my major oil play. Oil has settled I think, Oil is still in a very long term uptrend and kentz benifits from that. By Papiv

Dreadful May for Kentz! Sp is just in freefall.

But interesting that a share buy back has been approved. Maybe to stem this fall.

Does anyone know why investing in Kentz is free from stamp duty? By domfan
13:41 27/04/2012 Oil be moving up
New contract, excellent track record for management, no risk of spudding or delays in drilling or lack of funds etc to get exposure to oil profits here...
This is where the smart money goes...I don't know if a few PI's make a lot of difference to the price though with bigger companies like this.

Hi
All long term holds now!

Thought I'd missed the boat with this yesterday but looks like it's coming back down again. Long term it looks a sure thing but then how many have we said that about?!

Haven't got much time to look atm either so buy long term is my plan now.

Hi Brizzle

How's you ? Investments going well ??

All good with me thanks. I'm in on a number of position in both ISA and spreads around this level. Like you say 420p looks like a good entry, but I've given up predicting good entries. Kentz have loads of cash and continue to win contracts. Its just a shame that the recent profit taking has spooked many. Could and should be a good recovery here, many brokers targeting 600p plus. Will be topping up shortly when funds allow and if I can get in around this level.

Hi Dubz how's it going?

Just about to get into these. Placing don't seem to matter do they? I've seen a few of these 'can't go any lower because of the placing' carry on falling.
420 looks like a bottom on the chart but then they will fall further with a general market fall.
Plus we are heading into Summer.....

what price are you in at?

Predictably, the secondary placing has satisfied institutional demand . for the time being. Added to this, daily volumes are predominantly made up of a multitude of small trades, indicating short term trading activity. you cannot expect such activity to drive the share price higher. Price watching is a waste of time. Relax. By binjiou

Prezza. I've been investing (losing money!) now for about 6years & still after all this time can not get my head around the markets. Regarding Kentz, cracking RNS, then a dodgy 10% lift so a load of shares could be unloaded. Then we get a placing @ 430p, which to me should offer decent support. So why would investors sell shares @ this low level??? Weird....anyway will continue to add to my holding. GLA holders By dubzy

Agree dubzy its bonkers , and this is a monster $128million order , 20% of Kentz's turnover of US $643m, certainly not to be sniffed at ( unless you are a cocaine addict)

Prezza .......proud to be an investor of Kentz

So nice news, a contract win, resulting in the SP going down. Strange...does that mean if a contract was lost the SP would go up ???!!!! By dubzy
