| Take time to read the Annual Report and Accounts just published. There are a lot of positve statements. Looks like 2012 could be a very rewarding year . Our geographic spread means that we are somewhat protected from the effects of crisis in Europe This Company is making real progress! BtB By Bitethebull |

| 30p, that sounds good to me BtB and an achievable figure given time. Yes, way undervalued in my opinion and the Westhouse buy note makes very interesting reading. By 1hillhead |

| 18p may be almost double the current s.p. but only reflects the true value of this Company.. If we can resolve the legal dispute and dispose / develop the Blackheath land then 30p must be achieveable within the next two years or so. BtB By Bitethebull |

| 17:40 17/05/2012 | Westhouse Securities Strong Buy Note |
| Westhouse Securities 16 May 2012 Strong Buy Densitron Technologies* (from Buy) Displays attractive growth prospects Current price 9.88p Target price18p Densitron is understandably upbeat on the year ahead having reported impressive results for the year ended 31 December 2011 and with Q1 2012 orders up 28% on the same period last year. In our view, the company is well placed to benefit from the increasing proliferation of display screens used in business and industry, but this is yet to be reflected in the share price. With the stock trading on a modest FY2012E P/E of 5.5x and offering a dividend yield of 8.1%, we upgrade our recommendation from Buy to Strong Buy and reiterate our 18p target price, providing c.85% potential upside. | Sooner or later it will happen. Investors can be fickle and more in and out of companies for various reasons but I believe DSN is one to stick with and as great potential. By 1hillhead |

| Could not agree more. I would just add that this Company seems to genuinely value its investors. I am not too sure what has to happen to send the s.p. to its rightful levels. T/O perhaps? BtB By Bitethebull |

| Well the figures are out and it's all very good news. Turnover up, profits up and dividend up. This company is well undervalued in my opinion. By 1hillhead |

| Yes, it's also undervalued in my opinion regardless of the legal action. Broker forecast final dividend at 0.4p making 0.6p for the 2011. Forecast for 2012 is 0.8p and 2013 is 1p. Great return on my average SP of 3p (after the 5p return last year) it was 2.5p average but have bought a few more over the last few weeks because I believe they are undervalued. Either way we will soon find out! By 1hillhead |

| 10:48 24/04/2012 | Year end results |
| Spoke to the Company today Results out either end of this week or early next week , nothing given away of course ! I know that there are potential legal proceedings which we may or may not successfully defend but I am hoping for a positive set of results and some progress re the land at Blackheath and of course an attractive dividend! The s.p. has remained static for far too long! This Company is in my opinion seriously undervalued. BtB By Bitethebull |

| Thanks for your reply I agree that the market has over reacted and perhaps a positive Trading Statement would help the s.p. recover Sorry to hear you have not been too well Best wishes BtB By Bitethebull |

| Still here but dont look at this BB very much these days and Ive been busy with Uni work and have a few health problems that need to be sorted. Its not good news but there appears to be uncertainties around the Landlords claim, why wait for 2 years before making a claim? Plus the Landlord is seeking to change the documentation to make his/her claim valid. It was a surprise and I dont think the management were expecting this to happen either and I believe the market has over reacted. DSN business will not be affected and in my opinion the dividend will not be effected either, forecast 0.4p. I expect well see the SP moving north again when results come out later this month or April, this drop could work out to be a buying opportunity. I was expecting to see the SP between 15p and 20p after the results but we may have to wait a bit longer, over the next few years if the management grow the business I was expecting these to be trading well over 20p. Im holding DSN for the long term and I still believe there is substantial upside but it would be nice to get this distraction out of the way. It may all work out to be a storm in a tea cup and if DSN do have to pay some money it will probably be a lot smaller out of court settlement! By 1hillhead |
