| I heard the real reason for BP suspending its dividend was because it wanted to buy Yell shares. The only problem was that at 'exactly' the same time HMG was looking to sell out 100% of their holdings in LBG and also buy Yell, resulting in a bidding war between the two and a share price higher than the moon. | Both of you have my sympathy ... I was lucky with CTT - I just had a punt of £500 and doubled up... I only lost £500 of profit that was remaining from selling half for a free ride on the Monday - The next day they were suspended Quite frankly, all I see now is that the Directors creaming a nice living on juicy day rates until the company dies...
