iPhone 4S prize draw terms

1. The Prize -iPhone 4S Black 16 Gb SIM-free, no contract supplied. No cash alternative is available. The competition prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. Conditions of eligibility –

- Entry into the iPhone 4S Black 16 Gb SIM-free prize draw is available only to SharePrice Markets clients who have opened a live CFD or Spread Betting account (not demo)

- The competition is open to new and existing clients

- Every opened and closed trade executed during February 2012 constitutes an entry into the prize draw.

3. Closing Date - The closing date of entry to the prize draw is 29th February 2012.

4. The Draw - One winner will be chosen at random by an employee of SharePrice and notified by email during the 1st week of March 2012.

5. Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by email which must be acknowledged within 30 days of receipt.

- If acknowledgement is not received by 30 days of receipt a re-draw will take place to choose a new winner.

- The prize will be sent to the winner’s registered address within 28 days of receipt of acknowledgement.

6. Publicity – winner to agree to publication of name, and home town.

7. No warranty – SharePrice Markets does not make any representations or give any warranties in relation to the prize. All warranties or conditions to title, fitness for purpose, quality and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability –SharePrice Markets shall have no liability to you in relation to the prize except as expressly set out in these terms and conditions and for death or personal injury cause by its negligence.

9. Governing Laws. – The promotion and the Terms will be governed by English Law and any dispute arising will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

However, ineligibility has no impact on the investor’s ability to trade on the interactive markets trading platform and in no way exposes the trader to increased risk or market exposure.
