The Desire Petroleum discussion board on Interactive Investor continues to educate, entertain and frustrate an increasing number of followers. Whether you're in for a short term punt or have been holding for years, what many are speculating on are the following points :-

• When is the drilling going to commence ?
• What will the price be when drilling commences?
• What are the chances of finding a commercially viable source of oil?

I think you can do better than that, I think you should also speculate on the exact long/lat point of where the drill will first bite - subject to them of course ever drilling in the first place.

So, zoom in using the plus icon in the far left of the screen and navigate to find where you think the Desire rig will drill it's first hole (I've helped you find the Falkland Islands), then click on the map and make your mark. You will also be asked the questions above. Close the pop up window before submitting if you're not happy with your choice - you cannot move your pointer once submitted. Change between map and satellite modes using the buttons top right. Only one entry per user please.

Single click on other pointers to get a view from other members of the Desire bulletin board. This is a game, no investment decision should be made based on the information contain within this feature.
